For this stage, I wanted to focus on how we move about the home - specifically looking at daily tasks such as opening and closing doors, going to the bathroom, walking down the hallways, stroking a cat, etc. I chose to work with long exposure photographs for this, as it shows traces of previous movements - creating a blurred, distorted effect. I did my photoshoot as the sun set - and I found that long exposure photographs work best with either natural light or in the dark with artificial light, like a phone torch, for example.
